Hey, world!
With this post we would like to share our experience regarding way of packing our shipments. Firstly we have to say, that within 5 years working with foreign clients in escape room industry, we sent more than 1500 different parcels (weigh of each: 1-350kg each= 35-12345oz).
So, we have enormous experience sending abroad, also we did some mistakes, that fact allows us to send parcels safely from paper point of view and from external and internal damage of items inside.
- If puzzle has durable main body, and there are no bulging parts, we use air bubble film plus cardboard and special protective corners. So, please be sure, that everything is protected very-well. Usually it is not big items, some spare parts or additional elements.
- In other cases when we send rather small packages (30kg per package) we do plywood shipping box -- to prevent damage during shipping.
Anyway puzzles are properly wrapped with air bubble film and have protective corners. It is almost 100% guarantee, that packages will be delivered safely.
- When we are talking about big packages (100+ kg) with rather big size. We also build shipping boxes from plywood with possibility to move them like a pallet.
